VAM just took a crap, blow though MAF install.

going to mount the MAF between the IC and the throttle body.

VAM works fine till 10 psi then pops and goes the rest of the way to 20 psi. had another VAM do the same thing. tired of messing with the dumb thing. it's time for the MAF conversion.

yeah i tested my vam and it doesnt seem to be doing much ... and my donor car had no windshield i think ecu is F-ed in the A, would a fresh autozone La3 work fine with the Tweecer and get rid of vam for maf.. when u put the spout clipy back in after timing it, when u shoot it with the light should the timing mark advance or retard or should it sit solid where its at??? thanx ahead of time b4 all the questions i have till this swap all over!!!

I'm wondering if mine is crapping out - builds for far, trips on itself for a second, then goes on like nothing happened... Mine seems to be around the 15psi mark though. It must depend on where the turbo spent most of it's time in the VAM donor's car... 10psi - base, 15 psi - max, then there's where WE set OURS... LOL
