hey guys i have this turbo and i am trying to get an application for it. i dont know what it will fit. but i hope it will work on a 5.9l cummins due to a bad turbo. i was hoping this one would be the around the right size. i can make the conversion plate to bolt it up. but i dont know if it is the right size. help me out.
the data plate says:

PN: 321280R91
turbine housing#:402154
and i found a NSN for it, 2950-00-992-8193
all i can come up with is international harvester, but no liter engine size to use as a reference for an application. i hope something yall can find will help. i looked on garrett's site and they dont have this older part number, so i am lost.
