fuel rail questions

my 99 has a returnless fuel system but am being told i need a 95 fuel rail witch is a return fuel system rail but is there a size differance between them or is this even correct?

Yes the 97 and earlier rangers ran a return less system. You can keep your return less system it will take a little extra tuning to keep the A/F ratio right with boost.

Your rail Pressure is 65PSI flat. It don't go up or down.
