Anyone Good With PhotoShop

:P hello i just had a crazy thought and i was wondering if anyone is good enough with photo shop to make me a picture of a Yellow Ford Ranger with Tonka in black lettering accross the side, on the hood and maby the tailgate it sounds stupid but it's something i think would look very unique.:popcorn:

I have adobe photoshop elements 7.0 and probubly can. I am just learning how to use it though. They have a free version online and you don't even have to download it. You upload the picture to the site and mess with it on the site. Suppose to be able to do alot for a free software site. Its made by adobe.
