What are you doing to need a new shaft, more info is needed.

i broke the yoke when the uni gave out so i need to replace the hole drive shaft or get a new yoke put on but id like to know what years will fit so i can look around and see if i can find one

is it a reg cab short box? or a ex cab with a short box ?
a reg cab short box is 42" an the ex cab is 2 peices an can use a mustang 48" shaft. if unsure just measure the old shaft from center line of u joint to u joint. if you are just looking for a replacement shaft from a wreckers car-parts.com will save you some search time.

The 98 and newer are longer because of the cab difference.
