It seems that everyone here seems to be using the sct tuners but if anyone is interested in sniper tuning here is a link to their message boards

I have used the special forces system and it has worked well overall since the system was updated but it is less "hands on" and easier for less experienced users.
The commando system gives you direct control over the entire system.
