Now I'm not too familiar with the tuners out there now. On the x-cal 2, you buy a tune from a dealer and upload it on the tuner, which you can then upload to the vehicle. Once on the vehicle, can the tune be modified? Can you change some parameters on the tune? Is the tune given by the dealer just to get in the ballpark?

you tell the dealer what you want and whats done to your truck and they create a tune for you you also tell them what your looking to get out of the tune and some of the stuff is capiable of modding im not 100% sure but i think thats how it works

You can adjust spark timing, idle speed, rev limiter, A/F ratio, speed limiter, On the tuner.
You can still adjust your custom tune right on the tuner.

So you adjust it on the tuner, and then load it up to your vehicle? So the tune you request gets you close, and say if you want to change the idle or richen it up you can do so on the tuner? thats what I thought, but was curious. thanks!
