anyone know if this turbo kit will work with a 94 2.3L engine? it looks like it will but i want to be sure

Yes it will Turbos are a little ify.

You will do better buying it piece by piece. That turbo is to large and not that durable.

there arnt really any kits that are good oput there.

The super cheap turbos aren't good and won't last from what I hear. I know it looks like a good deal until you realize that you probably be replacing the turbo because of durability issues.

A garret is a good turbo. Try to get a good t3 from a SVO.
