Front grill and lights swap?

Wanted to know if anyone knows if its possible to interchange the b2300's and rangers front lights and grill cuz I'd probably like to put a ranger front on my 2300 anyone knows about this?:rockwoot:

I'm sure with a header panel and fenders from a ranger it would be bolt on. I kinda like the b2300 grill and lights. Simple and clean. I just can't find projector lights and a billet grille for it or I would be on it like dennis rodman on a white girl.
