Hey everyone, i had posted before regarding my low compression numbers. Well.......I think I found the answer. check it out :turbob:

A good example why you shouldn't boost the stock motor. Hope the rebuild is going well :)

Exactly. Its well worth the time to go just go ahead and do internals at the same time. Builds going okay so far, motors about stripped with new parts on the way! But boy did it feel good when it was boostin! and it was only around 6 psi

haha 6psi is just a tease. If you go from 6 to 15 psi you'll crap your pants. I went from 7 to 10 and the difference was night and day. Then i went to 15 and the rush is just wearing off from a year ago .... thats why i did the head (hope that'll last me another year :=) )

I can't wait at all. Haha I can only imagine the difference. I'm going to run around at about 6-8psi, then pump it up once its runnin well. Can't wait to feel the difference
