it's hard to tune

having problems with pro racer software. the tune i have runs and pretty good at idel. but has no throttle response and hesitates .when it goes from boost to vac it will save itelf half the the time. it dies everytime with throttle lift i can only get 1-2 pounds of boost on a 8lb spring.not sure where to start? what direction should i go.
