tunning a stock motor?????

Im bidding on a xcal2 thats on ebay. Im building up the parts to do my turbo build and I own a 98 ranger. I am just wondering if I can use it to pull a little more power out of my stock motor, just untill I put the turbo motor in????

yes but you will have to order a tune for it, jess sell's them for fifty dollars on his websight
