The probe was a mazda motor not related to our 2.3 in any way. It is a sister car to the mazda 626. It could be an option for an early mazda truck from before when they became ford rangers. maybe

I thought the turbo probes were like the turbo mx-6. Not 626. So it's 2.2T IIRC. Commonly used for Mazda B2200 turbo projects.

I could be wrong. I don't know mazda products that well. I just know that they are ford branded mazda vehicles.
