how or where or wtf do i do to fix it i cant really find the coolant temp sender ever with a manual lost????????????:banghead:

On some of the early 2.3's it's on the drivers side of the block at the top in the back.

4cyl older than 2001: sending unit is located rear driverside engine block just below the cylinder head.

4cyl 2001- current : rear engine mounted into the coolant pipe.

v6 : front lower intake manifold near thermostat.

You sure your not getting the block heater mixed up with the temp sensor? My temp sensor is on the coolant pipe right by the thermostat.

The coolant temp sender for the gauge is a one wire piece not to be confused with the coolant temp sender for the pcm which is a 2 wire connector.
