Converting OBD I to OBD II

Well heres my problem i had originaly planned on turboing my 2000 ranger but a friend of my mine had a 92 ranger that was in almost perfect condition and all he wanted was a old set of tires i had laying around so i said sure why not. i only had one car to get to work so that one would be my play toy. my question is that the motor that im almost done with is out of a 98 and i want to tune it with X cal so i kno i need to switch the old truck over to OBD II and i have almost no idea on how to so i was wondering if anyone that has already done this could help me out or point me in the right direction for info that will help.

go to the JY and get the wiring harness and ecu for your 2.5 and wire it in. should be pretty cakey.

Yea it should not be to hard. If you want to go with a stand alone harness on the 2.5 I can give you the adaptor. 3 wires and a OBD2 port :)
