Well I got my Xcal2 in, naturally I got screwed. The stupid thing that was supposedly unlocked is Vin locked and I cannot unlock it or convert it to a 9400 from a 9415. So I got to call SCT Flash, It says status stock when you view the Device Info but when you run LiveLoad it say "Xcal2, V1.14. Stat:locked Prog:Stock. Read Successful." So SCT is not open for another 2 hours but I got 2 doctors appointments in Simcoe the next town over so i'll have to deal with this when I get back. I'm hoping it's just going to cost the $65 and not the full $150. Any input guys?

Well I got my blood work done, I still have to go for my ECG. After I get home ill give SCT a call and we will see how it goes. After I get my truck sorted out we will have to get together for a dyno day. We should meet up at Forrest & Forrest in Ayr where I got dyno'd the first time.

Well it needs to be sent back to SCT it's going to cost me the $65 which is not bad. I got to ship it to Florida though. They are going to convert it to a 9400 while It's there as well. It could be worse It could have cost me the full $150.
Edit:
My ECG came back clean but my resting heart rate is 90 avg, lol. I need to go to the hospital more offer the nurse was a hottie. :)

Kinda off/on topic.
Dyno day 2.0 was being talked about but, the original guy that organized the first one is nowhere to be found soooo that went down the tubes.
Shitty bout the XCAL.
AND... does anyone know if SCT has replacement screens for the XCAL's? My brother smashed my screen on my X3....

If it's under warranty they will fix it for the cost of shipping it to them. Which is about $11 Canadian via the post office via air mail. You got to call there tech support line and get a RMA number first. My used Xcal2 is out of warranty, so it's costing me $65 and they are going to fix it and convert it to a 9400 for me. :) Dyno day 2 will have to be in the spring other wise I will get have the truck done in time.

Woot, I just got my Xcal2 back from SCT. It's unlocked and has 5 changes left. :) They formatted it for me as well, so I need a tune now.
