Ok so,

Got everything together and go to bleed the clutch, nothing.

So I take out the master cylinder and find that it's not pumping fluid, so I got a new master cylinder.

I bench bleed it and everything is good.

Go to put it back in the truck and bleed the clutch again, now it's bleeding but the clutch pedal feels like a brake pedal. I peek into the bell housing and the pressure plate isn't moving when I push on the pedal.

Any ideas? It's stock flywheel and pp with a clutchnet ceramic 6-puck. I'm 100% positive everything is installed correctly, I put everything back in the way it came out.

Starting to get frustrated with this truck, I just want to drive it already.

i actually had a truck a while ago that was doing that, the guy i got it from said the disk was backwards so i went to fix it and it was fine so i put a used pp and disk in and it worked, not sure why it didnt work my guess was it was the wrong one, also when i pumped it the slave just kinda twitched i guess you could say not really move.
what vehicle did you get the disk for? also if the slave isnt moving at all it could be bad, im probably not much help just throwing that out there

It's for a Mazda B 2500 98-01. There is no reason that it shouldn't work

Figured out my problem today.

Took the tranny back out and I laid out the clutchnet hub, the disc and pressure plate(one that was in with the 6-puck) that came out of the 2.5L, and a disc and pressure plate I aquired from when I swapped all my '86 TC engine parts for the '95 Ranger stuff I'm using now.

Turns out, the clutch and pressure plate that came out of the 2.5L were LUK. They use a thicker pressure plate and a thinner disc v.s. the 95' set up consisting of a thinner, lighter pressure plate (less rotating mass, okay) and a thicker disc. I do believe the '95 stuff I have is aftermarket as well.

Needless to say, I put the clutchnet hub back in with the 95' pressure plate and my issue is gone. The clutch dis-engages again and feels slightly more firm than the LUK set up.

I had the same issue with the same mixup of parts believe it or not. Although the pressure plates look very similar they are not. Also the 86 disc would have the wrong spline on it for a mazda tranny.
Good to hear you got it figured out.
