Keep at it, try every method in the book. The best way i found was to pull the rod out of the master cylinder from the inside of the cab and let the air escape that way. Its a complete whore to bleed so its not just you. You'll never get it perfect, so when you've got it close just drive it. It will slowly get better and better, the air seems to work itself out.

1. find a friend with a strong left leg
2. have him pump the clutch pedal 50 times ending with the clutch down
3. open the bleeder
4. close the bleeder
5. repeat 5 or 6 times
6. give your friend a beer and listen when they complain that their leg is tired
This has worked for me every time

thats what i did when we bled the clutch on my brothers truck
pump the hell outta it and hold it down
had my brother open the bleeder then close it
and keep doing it over and over again, adding fluid when needed still it gets stiff
