k, pretty soon im gonna hafta flash the computer and load up the x-cal. now i was told that the really only good way to get a good tune is to have a dyno tune.
now around here a dyno tune is about 150 an hour. so my question is, about how long should i tell them i want on the dyno. 150 an hour is pretty steep, and i dont even know if that includes a tune. also none of these places around here will even tune the computer unless they put it on a dyno, so i cant even just bring the x-cal to them and tune it just so that i can even drive it to the shop.
im trying to find someone down here that specializes in turbos, and knows what their doin so it wont take as long, but no luck so far. really the only places down here with a dyno is like mustang places, and some little shops (the kinda places you wouldnt even take you car to for an oil change). i dont mind taking to a mustang place (im thinking about this place called blow by racing) i just dont wanna get it to them and then their like "yea it took us 4 hours, so its 600 in order to get your truck back".
