what I'm asking about more than likly has been asked a thousand times before, so just direct me to the topic / tread to make life easy on everyone. If you want to go into full on discription that would be great also.

My game plan is to pick up a donor engine, '96 2.3L, dual plug head from a wrecking yard in Eureka. Tear down, strip the head & ship to Boport to have it ported / polished to the max.

Next the build up, have the list of goodies I need, found the tread w/pics as in the turbo oil return tapped into the block, (can't remember where for the life of me, in a time crunch right now):banghead:

OK, here with my questions; I'm going to get a oil cooled turbo kit w/inter cooler. Have th pics for the oil return fitting location, totaly excellent, but it's 1/2" x ?, (number of thread per inch). Where is the oil feed located?

As in getting the turbo kit, the the turbo manifold, (From this site), I'm going to need that bracket, 2 turbo mount bolts to the one valve cover bolt? What else am I going to need to get? Intake manifold, stock / turbo? Saw a cool turbo on ebay w/"2.3 turbo" cast on it, but it's gone now, snooze ya loose.

I'm sure there a ton of stuff I'm not covering, just throw your 2 cents in to where I can learn about installing a turbo on a '96 2.3.L

Thank you very much for the info on the oil feed. That and the rest of the info on this site , I should be able to build that turbo '96 2.3L. As soon as I get my Ranger outa Calif. Auto Image with the new paint, I'd like to post some pics here. Yeah week 4 and I'm getting anxious to see it. Can't rush a good paint job.............

Where could I post the pics ??
