I hope to make the last flashlight drags of this year. Still got to get the 2.5L back together and get the c4 transmission to a transmission shop. Time is the enemy :mad2:

I been way to busy with work and all, sucks!!!

I still need to get the dyno run with the 2.3L, that will be up soon.

1st things 1st got to get the ranger back on the strip ;)

:=) I will have video.

I am running the 2.3L 5spd with a new clutch I just put in Friday. I'll run 30PSI all day. Hope the trany holds together.

The day went real well :) 1st run was the only bad run I had, busted the break booster line apart and lost boost and went pig rich. Got that fixed and went out and raced a turbo RWD Nissan the owner bragged about being 400HP and claimed 11.5 E/T was what he runs. I got him but not by much. We did a rematch, I came out off the line a lil slower, he got me by 1/2 car length. He later went to the final round in the tuner car class and lost the last round to a Nissan the same as his.

I went into the truck class was supposed to go up against a cyclone but he broke. Ran a s10 with a built SB and won, a early 70's 2wd Chevy owner claimed 500+ on the crank also won, went against the last truck a 05 6.0L that ran high 8's in the 8th and went out with a easy win.

Damn that is nice... any idea about what you were trapping and what the times were? or they just going off who got down there first? lol even tho.. that was pretty impressive out running that Gto.. espically since it was from a dig.. lol

all motor man the starts were dead even and you ran away from them in every gear! friggen awesome!
