It's running !!!

Well 3 turbo's later and a lot of improper language I finally have my truck running again ...with the turbo :turbob:

I know I probly shouldn't have done this but I even took it for a drive before I have it tuned , don't worry I was very easy on it . Works very well too.:peelout:

I still need to put my blue top injectors in and maybe the bigger MAF . Due to the problems I had finding a turbo I am back to my old garret {83 mustang }

For anyone wondering this is what I have so far please feel free to add more if you think I still need something.

97 2.3 block with duel plug head
2.3 turbo pistons and rods
new rings, bearings, seals ,gaskets etc...
modified MAF
2 1/2 exhaust , no converter
Garrett turbo {83 mustang}

still need to install :
Dark blue top injectors
super coupe MAF???
super coupe throttle body
intercooler
electric fan
And most of all a tune
let me know what you guys think

I cut the center post out and drilled the sensor hole out bigger. lol
not sure if it helped but it runs , it was something I did in my first attempt 2 years ago so I thought I would try it for the time being .

What year Maf are you talking about when you say "super coupe MAF??? "

The super coupe in question is a 94. I still have the car .

I'm still running the ranger ECU ,I plan on buying an sct x cal withen the next few of weeks .

Do you think it would hurt the engine if my girlfriend drove it 1 1/2 miles to work and back until I get the tuner?

if you stay out of boost. just disconnect the wastegate.

you can get a new ford racing 90mm maf on ebay for about $100
