Been screwing around trying to fine tune my transfer function and have found that:
Tuning while cruise/light load/idle is best done with the stock O2 sensor.
You need to data log your STFT and make corrections using that.
Tuning under high loads is best done with the wideband 02 sensor.
I had been trying to use my wideband 02 sensor for light load/idle tuning and it just wasn't working very well, not nearly as stable as the stock 02 sensor under those conditions.
I have managed to get my A/F's to around 3% of desired this way.
