got a new truck, i have wanted to do a turbo thunderbird swap...well one turned up already done for a great price, well it does need a lot of work to be where i want it, but runs awesome. i have some big plans for this thing...we will see what $$$ allows

ive actualy been a member since march 2010, just stayed low key because i didnt have the funds to do a swap.
im in Gig Harbor, Wa. next to tacoma, on the other side of the narrows bridges.

Well, I picked up another engine/tranny for 150 bucks! Tore it down today and began the build, the plan is to build it over winter so it will be ready to replace the stock tbird 2.3t that is currently in my ranger.
Parts I'm planning on using,
Holset turbo
16valve Volvo head (a friend has one that I'm planning on using)
Top mount tubular header
60lb injectors
Stinger pimp engine management (though I'm #100something on the waitlist)
Walbro fuel pump
Stinger stage 2+ clutch
T-5 tranny
3.73ls 31 spline explorer 8.8
I'm on my phone so I will post current pictures when I go in from the garage and get on my computer.
Any suggestions? Planning on 300-400hp

finally got some more parts! my innovate LC-1 wideband controller finally came and is installed, so nice to know my air/fuel at 5000rpm and 15psi. also picked up a set of 17" svt cobra rims, only down side is now it desperately needs to be slammed.
