SCT XCAL 2 questions!

i found a used 1 for a steal! 150$ and its not locked!... who or how can i get tunes on it for my truck?

You should try to contact jess, hes the man for the sct tunes here, but I'ts hard to get a hold of him these days. You could also get the tune from another member for a start.

im gonna go pick it up today.... he said its ready to go. he even has the cord so i can plug it into the computer... seems like a deal.... i tryed contacting jess. i was gonna by a tuner from him but he hasnt gotteen back to me.... wonder what happed to him! anyways im sure u guys can help me out!

Jess seems to be real busy and spends less time on here.
To have full control over your tune you will need to buy the pro racer package, but I think you already know that.
I'm also learning to tune, it can get very complicated but just take your time and try to understand everything and you'll be fine. Isn't that hard.

couldnt sumone download tunes for me? like a plug play type of thing?

yeah you could have somebody make your tunes too.

would it be worth it? this build is going sooo slow! haha.... hard to keep waiting when everything is sitting there waiting on a tune.

Don't worry I understand you, I'm missing just my clutch line to take a run with my truck. And fix this start/idling problem.

I think it would be worth it if you took the pro racer, this way you wouldn't have to wait after somebody for the tune you want, you could do whatever you want... But for start you could get just a base tune that would probably run good for your truck..
