obd1 no fuel pump on KO.

pulling tractor is running but i cant figure out why the fuel pump wont 2 second cycle when you key it on.... cant pull codes yet as i dont have the CEL wired in yet.

LA3 stock set up. 22k ohm resistor inline on pin 4.

will start and run if you hot wire the FP relay.

anyone have any ideas????

do you have ground coming from pin 22 for the FP relay when the key is turned on? or when cranking also?
