Very nice. I'm always interested duratec/mzr builds even if the engines mounted in the wrong direction lol. I think you'll have no problem hitting your goal but I'm guessing your stepping up beyond what the stage 1 fswerks kit offers (more boost). Don't you think you could use a little more injector though.

How about some more info on the head, any flow numbers?

Upgraded the turbo in the stage one kit to a 450+ hp capable unit and added the intercooler. The 60s are plenty big enough for the 350 whp goal. Returnless fuel systems can get away with smaller injectors anyway if you have the ecu.compensate higher fuel pressure under boost too.

Head flows 286 / 217 at .400 lift and 304 / 236 at .500 lift.

So do you know how much that head work cost? Those are great numbers.

The head is $1600.00 From the company galto racing supposedly now does them exclusively for.
if you call him he may do one directly for you but you supply the core. he has a 5 axis cnc. He is doing my dp lima head soon. His shop is literally half mile from me.

That's a pretty fair price. That is definetly a consideration for me to use instead of the cosworth head. Thanks for the info.
