alright, its almost done... the right way this time.
i got my xcal, and my oil catch can. i double checked all the bolts, and vac lines. all is set and ready to go. all i need now is to hook up the ecu, connect the exhaust and put the o2 sensor in, and install the big 90mm maf, and get a tune.

i plan on taking it to blow by racing (local mustang race shop) and having them mod the ecu so i can use my xcal. i recently read something about having a wideband to tune. is this like completely necessary for them to tune the ranger or is it something i could add at a later time??? i was looking them up, and they seem pretty expensive for me right now.

and can i put in in the location of where the second o2 sensor is located on the stock exhaust.

where exactly does it connect to, just a air/fuel gauge, then mod the ecu through the xcal???

The wideband should come with a sensor you will need to install a second o2 bung to run your wideband. Yes you need a wideband to do tuning or you can't tell how much fuel you are getting.

With the right tune you should have it real close and may be ok with out a wide band.
