I am running the 2277Cam stock 2.3l with T/C rods and pistons, big valve head. 30PSI of boost & the H1C Holset. 4 puck clutch disk with a t/c PP. Clutch slipped all Day

Best results of the day.
Best reaction time= .5340
Best 60’ time = 1.7839
Best 8th time= 7.7130
Best 8th MPH = 90
Best 1/4mi time 12.36
Best 1/4mi MPH = 112.19

Clutch slipping in 4th had to get let up and tramp back down to get the clutch to grab still managed to run 112MPH

Last run of the day final elimination run I dialed a 8.0 and ran a 8.02 with a .647 R/T I would have broke out but a boot bopped off just short of the 8th MPH was 75 should have been 89-90MPH Video = http://rangersrevenge.com/videos/ldc.wmv I ended up taking home the 1st place trophy :smilewink .

that sounds awsome!! whats the plan for the tranny? looks like its runnin great, congrats!

Right now I am waiting on a HD pressure plate. I'll run next weekend at thompson weather permitting. With no clutch slippage I should see low 12's high 11' @ 115MPH

truck is getting good hook with a better pressure plate it should start holding the power to ground.

The PP won't be in for 2 weeks. I just ordered a 9 1/4" 3 puck disk from clutch net for this sat :=)

It don't make much of a difference and if it does it's like 0.5MPH. I ran there last weekend with the stock cam and averaged 107MPH on about 5 passes with a best of 108.99 on my 1st pass. I also ran at quaker city and there last 1/8th goes up hill and my 1st pas was 107MPH.

My bros mustang ran 99MPH at both quaker and Luck drag city. I'll put some 1/4 mi MPH and E/T results from thompson up this weekend if the weather holds out.
