I'm looking for a standard bore 2.3L block for a low $$$ turbo project. My block needs boring and I really can't afford new pistons. Yes, I'm budget limited.

Looking for a large journal block. Doesn't have to be a turbo block. 1974-1988 or so.

I can't use a newer small journal , unless it comes with the crankshaft .

Shipping would be pricey , so prefer to find someone looking to get one out of their garage in NW ohio or SE michigan for as low $$$ as possible. :hehe: Thought I found one but the guy never got back to me.
Thanks all
Bruce

I just pulled the n/a 2.3 out of my ranger. Trucks an 88, but the motor is actually an 86 I believe single plug head mustang 2.3. I used the oil pump, pickup tube, and oil pan. Previous owner rebuilt the motor before I bought the truck. It has maybe 20,000 miles on it since rebuild? Ran great, used no oil. I pulled it to swap in an 84 turbo motor. I live near port huron, but I work in mt clemens/clinton twp. So not super far from you. Pm me an offer.
