Throwing down a quick list, Havn't been around much
Things Done or Owned:
Inovative wide band, 30in/40lb boost gauge, Bamafuel kit, Diamond piston's, crower rods, ported head, put in full manual valve body kit and installed in C4. Pulled turbo block had machine work done, sat it in corner b/c my pistons I recieved were .20 instead of .30. Pulled another 2.3 (forgot I had a mustang with one chilling in it) Bo-Port 1.5 cam, Put a4ld back in t-bird, pulled c-4. 2.5inch piping kit, volvo intercooler
Things Needed:
Send 2nd block to machine shop and head to be hot tanked, order rebuild kit, Kit bo-port valves (on back order) assemble, get ptc converter, and put it in a ranger (WHEN I FIND ONE) 3inch piping, Turbo.

HOT JESUS DAMN I've got a ranger.
Dark blue 1990 short bed with light blue interior featuring the awesome split seat. 4cyl and 5 speed, will drive it thru the winter and tear into during the summer.

OK got everything together except turbo, torque converter, injectors and another 255 fuel pump (didn't want take the one back out of my turbo coupe)

Friday Night I'll be throwing the motor together. (though there is a party that night which may conflict with my gear head needs ><)
I don't know when it will make it in the truck as I'm terrified of doing the wiring to make my bamafuel setup I bought for 87-88 turbocoupe work in the ranger. Also tuning megasquirt frightens the bejesus out of me. Kind of a LETS TUNE YOUR CAR AND IF YOU SCREW UP spark knock POW good bye 400 dollar pistons LOL.

Things hit a wall, My Dad had knee surgery and as such closed up the garage with his truck on the lift and a bunch of crap everywhere. So I'm stuck with all my stuff until I can either A get his crap out and use it or B he mobile.

Bought HX35 and got a source for free 4 inch mandrel bent pipe :)

Still need injectors and torque converter and will put it together.
Prob be a week or so b4 I can get the last bits and then I'll worry about a spot to slap it together.(My bedroom is getting really cramped with all the parts laying around.)

OH and head studs ><

Sent everything off to get balanced. Havn't got much done been low on funding and considering jumping states. Still need to finalize injectors and torque convertor. I'm up for suggestions, it is going to be boosting 20-25lbs off a hx35. Will be street driven but mostly race car lol. Meaning I want a low stall but will only take it out to drive **** out of it. I got a full manual reverse valve body and a ratchet shifter for it now also.

Alright got everything setting everywhere but in the engine bay. Engine together I do have the header on, just rebuilt the turbo, it is laying in floor needs to be milled and find a way to mate exhaust up. Transmission is put together full manual valve body and a ratchet shifter. Torque converter is chilling in box from PTC. Trying to get it in this month. I'll start out with the 3 inch inter cooler motor trans and Factory computer and injectors. I have bamafuel in my in box but wanna play with it before having to tune it lol. Have manual boost controller and all new gauges. TC is sitting where it has for like last 4 months after the current trans died (like 5th one). It had the interior just redone and I got like 500 bucks of stereo in it so no since letting it rot.

Just to let you know. You probubly should have picked up a automatic/manual valve body. A full manual valve body is not designed to drive around on the street. I suggest you get a real good tranny cooler, something thats designed for towing alot of weight. Also a 3000 stall is actually really small, cause they never stall where they say they will. I have a 2800 stall in my gmc and can barely fell it. It stalls at like 1800/2000 tops. I would also suggest a shift kit that works with all the shifts and not one thats for the 1 to 2 shift. my kits like that and it shifts so fast from 1st to 2nd, but its not so fast from 2nd to 3rd or 3rd to 4th. This means I have two shift rpms when racing. From 1st to 2nd I shift at 6500 and from 2nd to 3rd I will shift at 5800 just to be safe, cause it will probubly be close to 6500 when it does shift. I told the guy that built my tranny that I was gonna drive it around town and so he set it up that way, and now I wish I would have told him to set it up for the strip more. I do like the automatic/manual valvebody though. I can put it in 4th and it will shift through all the gears on its own, but i have a B&M Mega truck shifter and I can manually shift through them too. A stall 3000 and under will really not perform like ones that are 3500 and bigger. The weight of the vehicle and camshaft also make a difference. If I put in a bigger cam it would raise the stall a little. Hope you got it all set up right before you put it in.

Missed these replies, sometimes at work my firefox eats the "these new posts"
I've drove it around some now and the full manual isn't a big deal as with 3.73 I'm hunting for third at like 40, and with ratchet shifter just means more fun. :)

Yes that is my dad's garage (1 of 3)

Car is done and together now, went with my 88tc so it didn't rot away. Fixing minor issues, and deciding if I want to put my Bamafuel on it, kinda scared of the tuning aspect. On order is Jess's holset accommodater and my hx35 is being fixed. Major hurdles I ran into during all this was a bad vam making car pig rich, and a vac leak I have/had trouble finding.

As it stands now:
3 inch IC Pipe
31 x 12 x 3 FMIC
65mm tb
IHI
C4 full manual reverse VB with vmatic pro ratchet shifter (this thing is fun)
Diamond .30 over forged alum pistons
Crower rods (stock length)
NA head I cc matched to turbo head, and Port and Polished.
ATR Header
LA3
36lb injectors

Problems:
Idle is blah and sometimes die's after driving around when it goes back to idle, think this is combination Bad tps + BOV leaking will fix soon.
Transmission is freaking leaking somewhere and can't figure out where this is the very next thing to be fixed.
Header leaks at block (think flange is warped but header is going to be swapped so I can run my holset any way)

Future Plans:
Holset HX35 installed soon as I get it back
Jess's Holset Accommodater
and install Bamafuel (waiting till I have mile on it for rings to seat and what not)
and bigger injectors

What it looks like installed, I know its ugly under there, will be cleaning it up when I get issues straightened out.
