auto engine to manual trans?

Right now im building an 87 thunderbird motor. and for some reason i just realized its an auto engine because of the flex plate:banghead:. is this a problem to hook it up to a manual trans, probably the T5?

nope, you'll need to use a pilot bearing and the bolts are longer for a flywheel.

what about the computer, nothing?
