finally got around to building a bead roller for tubing. ive got dies for 2.5 to 4 inch tubing. can do up to 14 gauge in stainless/mild steel and 10 gauge in aluminum. perfect for keeping boots from blowing off on our high boost applications.

i charge $10 per bead.

couple quick examples in 16 gauge stainless 3 inch. enjoy!

well thats the plan :D

it just getting all this stuff together to make it work reliably, professional and accurate.

the weather isn't cooperating much though. its been to dam cold out to get anything major done so i been working on the equipment side of it.

ive got maybe 30 hours in building the rig but it works awesome. now to get some dies together to do some inverted beads to make my own mufflers......

If you can make full bends and rolled beads, and come out with a full turbo to ic to tb kit, i would be the first one to buy it from you, no bs.

can you do two bead rolls on th end of a pipe so that the clamp will sit between them?

i think so. id have to flip the dies to do the second roll. why do you need the second roll? it would serve no purpose except for looks.

yeah, you probably dont need two beads on the pipe. My saab 900 came from the factory with aluminum double bead rolls on it, it seems to locate the clamp and keep it from going crooked. It was probably overkill
