Thats about all.

You may want to run a hone in and out the cylinders bores a time or 2. Helps the rings seat in better.

do i need a 2.3 harmonic balancer since im converting from a 2.5L? and also a 2.3 flywheel

The flywheels are the same. I am not sure on the harmonic balancer. I think they are the same not sure. They apear the same.

BTW take good care of the 2.5L crank. They bring $$ on ebay. You can get 300$ for it easy. The SVO guys are always looking for a stroker crank.
