So I did the swap. Got the custom tune, and made no power. FIxed my timing and made enormous power then blew up a turbo a day later. Fixed my turbo, and misadjusted the wastegate actuator. Blew a headgasket after fifteen minutes! The longest I have got to drive the truck was 10 minutes without a problem. (OH I blew out my oil pan gasket because of too much boost and have a rear main leak too.) I took off the head put studs and a 1035 on. Pulled the motor, switched to the newer style ranger pan (which by the way doesnt fit exactly on the old turbo motor) and found out I put my rear main in backwards....... Wow Im dumb. Well anyway the truck should be done for the fourth time next week. It better run well or Im probably gonna give up on it for a while. It sucks, cuz I love this truck so much and have about $10000 in it all together including lowering rims paint and motor. All custom all myself. SO I need to make sure the money isnt wasted. No questions or info here, just a frustrated dude trying to vent

when I did mine I just stopped working on it for about 3 weeks when I realized that I ordered the wrong pistons. Then I was ready to go again
