hey guys, i got a question for you< im running a center mount header, the one that jess sells, and the stock ranger harness. now im sure you guys know that the harness runs right along the valve cover right nect to the turbo and header. what would you guys do to help remedy the problem im probably going to run into with the heat messing up the wires?? im running the tc head if you need to know. same thing with the plug that plugs into the computer, since the computer is right above the turbo, im sure im going to run into the the same problem

I wrapped my header in heat tape, and the wire harness also. All the tape I needed was 35 bucks at Oreillys. Doesnt get hot at all plus youre header will move air a little faster = faster turbo spool

I run the harness along the intake side. It requires a little bit of modification to the harness but works good.

Yea I already wrapped my header with that stuff, and I have some left over I could wrap the harness in. As for the turbo I'll hafta try to find something to wrap the exhaust side of the turbo.
